Apostle Paul said that man, “has authority

writer of Hebrews said that man has the ability
to: “go
on sinning willfully.” Compare Ephesians 2:13 and 1 Peter 4:3.
7) 2 Peter 1:21; Peter said:
“no prophecy was ever made by an act of
human will.”
(Implying that man does have a will.)
