1)  Psalm 37:1-10;  not  envious, do not fret over evildoers,  they will be
     no more.

2)  Psalm 73:1-20; I was envious of the arrogant,  as I saw the prosperity
     of the wicked,  Thou dost cast them down to destruction.

3)  Proverbs 24:1; do not envy or be with evil men.

4)  Proverbs 24:19-20;  not fret, envy the wicked, no future for the evil
     man.

5)  Ecclesiastes 8:11-14; wicked rewarded, it will be well for those who
     fear God.
