1) John 9:31; God-fearing and does His will, He hears him.

2) John 14:13-14; Whatever you ask in My name, that will I do.

3) John 15:7; Abide in God, God's word abide in you, as whatever you
    wish, and it shall be done for you.

4) John 15:16; Whatever you ask of the Father in my name, He may give
    to you.  Also 16:23, 24, 26.

5) 1 John 3:22; Whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep
    His commandments and do the things that are pleasing in His sight.

6) 1 John 5:14-15; Confidence, if we ask anything according to His will,
    He hears us, whatever we ask.  Compare Romans 1:10 and Hebrews
    4:16.

7) Ephesians 6:18; Wishes and needs (whatever?).  Note Paul's wishes
    and needs in vv. 19-20.

8) James 1:5-6; Ask for wisdom, ask in faith.

9) James 4:2-3; You do not have because you do not ask.  You ask and
    do not receive because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may
    spend it on your pleasures.

10) Ephesians 3:20; Beyond all that we ask or think, according to the
      power that works within us.

11) Philippians 4:6; Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer
      and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known
      to God.  Note v.7 peace.
