I.  Foundational  principles

    A.  God uses nations to control evil and promote good - Genesis
         11:1-9; Romans 13:17 and 1 Timothy 2:2.

    B.  God uses nations to promote salvation - Acts 17:26-27 and 10:35.

    C.  God allows nations to go their own way - Acts 14:16 compared
          with Genesis 15:6.
