1)  Isaiah 7:14-16; Infants are not able to choose between good or evil.
They are not accountable.  Cf.  Deuteronomy 1:39.

2)  Jonah 4:11; God has compassion on those who cannot discern
between left and right.  They are not accountable.

3)  2 Samuel 12:23; At the death of King David's infant, he said he would
be with his child after his death.

4)  Job 3:11-13; Job lamented, preferring death at birth, he would have
been at rest.
