Dear Jehovah’s Witnesses,
The following statements about Jesus Christ are from Jehovah’s Witnesses publications:
“Jesus, the Christ, a created individual, is the second greatest personage of the Universe. Jehovah God and Jesus together constitute the superior authorities”(Make Sure of All Things, p. 207).
... “He was a god, but not the Almighty God, who is Jehovah” (Let God Be true, p. 33).
“The truth of the matter is that the word is Jesus Christ , who did have a beginning” (Let God Be True, p. 88).Dear Jehovah’s Witnesses, the following are descriptions of Jesus Christ from the
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today, yes and forever” (Hebrews 13:8).Question: How can Jesus Christ be “the same yesterday” if He had a beginning, as
“Before the mountains were born, or Thou didst give birth to the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, Thou art God” (Psalm 90:2).Observation: Hebrews 1:1-2 tells us that Jesus Christ (“His Son”) created the world.
Question: How can Jesus Christ be “a created individual,” according
to Make Sure of
All Things, p. 207, if He is “even from everlasting to
everlasting, Thou art God”
(Psalm 90:2)?
Dear Jehovah’s Witnesses, believe in this Biblical Jesus Christ for
eternal life--the God,
Son, and Savior of the world.
