Biblical Concept: The god of the Jehovah’s Witnesses
Compared to the God of the Bible

Dear Jehovah’s Witnesses,

The following statements about Jesus Christ  are from Jehovah’s Witnesses publications:

“Jesus, the Christ, a created individual, is the second greatest personage of the Universe.  Jehovah God and Jesus together constitute the superior authorities”(Make Sure of All Things,  p. 207).
... “He was a god, but not the Almighty God, who is Jehovah” (Let God Be  true, p. 33).
“The truth of the matter is that the word is Jesus Christ , who did have a beginning” (Let God Be True,  p. 88).
Dear Jehovah’s Witnesses, the following are descriptions of Jesus Christ from the
Christian Bible:
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today, yes and forever” (Hebrews 13:8).
Question: How can Jesus Christ be “the same yesterday” if He had a beginning, as
suggested by Let God Be True,  p. 88?
“Before the mountains were born, or Thou didst give birth to the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, Thou art God” (Psalm 90:2).
Observation: Hebrews 1:1-2 tells us that Jesus Christ (“His Son”) created the world.
Thus we know that the ‘from everlasting to everlasting God,’ in Psalm 90:2, is the
Second Member of the Biblical Triune God; Who became the God-man Jesus Christ.

Question: How can Jesus Christ be “a created individual,” according to Make Sure of
All Things,  p. 207,  if He is “even from everlasting to everlasting, Thou art God”
(Psalm 90:2)?

Dear Jehovah’s Witnesses, believe in this Biblical Jesus Christ for eternal life--the God,
Son, and Savior of the world.
