1. To God - Jer. 11:7-8.

4. Governing Authorities - Rom 13:1, 1 Tim 2:1-2, Mt. 8:8-10.

Examples:

    City: Mayor, Police, Fire.
    State: Governor, Legislators, Judicial, Teachers, Coaches.
    Nation: President, Legislators, Judicial, Military.
