God: “I am sorry that I have made them.”

Job says:” Sorry comforters are you all.”

God re Judah: “I will not show pity nor be sorry nor have compassion that I should not destroy them.”

NAS Ezekiel 24:14 "I, the LORD, have spoken; it is coming and I shall act. I shall not relent, and I shall not

      declares the Lord God.'"

God is not sorry about judging sin.

Herod: “the king was very sorry”

Herod was not sorry enough to do the right thing.

Government can be not sorry enough to do the right thing.
