Biblical Concept: National Suicide / Destruction

Findings:

A number of verses denote the forces / sins behind the national death process. Personal sins, lead to group sins, lead to a time when God decides that nation is done. (Seeds of destruction.)

Human history is a revolving door of nations appearing and disappearing.

Nations that rebel against the God of the Bible and God-consciousness face a Divine timetable of dissolution. When nations move deep into evil, God removes them.

Fallen Angels attack / manipulate nations.

Nahum 3:1-7 and Psalm 2 and Jeremiah 18:6-10 demonstrate that God has standards for Gentile nations as well. When His standards are violated to the point of no return, God brings dissolution.
