NAS Matthew
7:14 "For the gate is small, and
the way is narrow that leads to life, and few are those who find it. (Not desired, but fact: Filling up the Lake
Of Fire.)
Matthew 10:28-38 28
"And do not fear those who kill the body, but are unable to kill the soul;
but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. 29 "Are not two sparrows sold
for a cent? And yet not one of them
will fall to the ground apart from your Father.
30 "But the very hairs of your head are all
numbered. 31 "Therefore
do not fear; you are of more value than many sparrows. 32 "Everyone therefore who
shall confess Me before men, I will also confess him before My Father who is in
heaven. 33 "But whoever
shall deny Me before men, I will also deny him before My Father who is in
heaven. 34 "Do not think
that I came to bring peace on the earth; I did not come to bring peace, but a
sword. 35 "For I came to
set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a
daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law;
36 and a man's enemies will be the members of his
household. 37 "He who
loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me; and he who loves son
or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me.
38 "And he who does not take his cross and follow after
Me is not worthy of Me. (Jesus’ radical spiritual priority.)
NAS Matthew 26:53 "Or do you think that I cannot appeal to My Father, and He will at
once put at My disposal more than twelve legions of angels? (See Christ, The Warrior.)
NAS John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that
whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. 17
"For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that
the world should be saved through Him. 18 "He who believes in
Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he
has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. (Jesus Christ:
Love or Lake Of Fire.)
NAS John 6:53 Jesus therefore said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you
eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in
yourselves. 54 "He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood has
eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. 55 "For
My flesh is true food, and My blood is true drink. 56 "He who
eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him. 57
"As the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so he who
eats Me, he also shall live because of Me. 58 "This is the
bread which came down out of heaven; not as the fathers ate, and died, he who
eats this bread shall live forever." (Jesus’ radical spiritual priority.)
NAS John 8:42 Jesus said to them, "If God were your Father, you would love Me; for
I proceeded forth and have come from God, for I have not even come on My own
initiative, but He sent Me. 43 "Why do you not understand what
I am saying? It is because you cannot
hear My word. 44 "You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your
father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth,
because there is no truth in him. Whenever he speaks a lie, he speaks from his
own nature; for he is a liar, and the
father of lies. 45 "But because I speak the truth, you do not
believe Me. 46 "Which one of you convicts Me of sin? If I speak
truth, why do you not believe Me? 47 "He who is of God hears
the words of God; for this reason you do not hear them, because you are not of God." (Jesus’ radical spiritual
priority.)
NAS John 8:54 Jesus answered, "If I glorify Myself, My glory is nothing; it is My
Father who glorifies Me, of whom you say, 'He is our God'; 55 and
you have not come to know Him, but I know Him; and if I say that I do not know
Him, I shall be a liar like you, but I do know Him, and keep His word. 56
"Your father Abraham rejoiced to see My day, and he saw it and was glad." (Jesus’ radical
spiritual priority.)
Revelation 1:18 18
and the living One; and I was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore, and I
have the keys of death and of Hades.
NAS Revelation 19:11 And I saw heaven opened; and behold, a white horse, and He who sat upon it
is called Faithful and True; and in
righteousness He judges and wages war. 12 And His eyes are a flame of fire, and upon His head are many diadems; and He has a name
written upon Him which no one knows
except Himself. 13 And He is clothed
with a robe dipped in blood; and His name is called The Word of God. 14
And the armies which are in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, were following Him on white
horses. 15 And from His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that with it
He may smite the nations; and He will rule them with a rod of iron; and He
treads the wine press of the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty. 16
And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written, "KING OF KINGS,
AND LORD OF LORDS." (Jesus Christ: Second Advent Warrior.)
Ezekiel 44 – Jesus Christ,
Holy Millennial Radical.
Ezekiel
44:1-31 1 Then He brought me back by the way of the
outer gate of the sanctuary, which faces the east; and it was shut. 2 And the LORD said to me,
"This gate shall be shut; it shall not be opened, and no one shall enter
by it, for the LORD God of Israel has entered by it; therefore it shall be
shut. 3 "As for the
prince, he shall sit in it as prince to eat bread before the LORD; he shall
enter by way of the porch of the gate, and shall go out by the same way." 4 Then He brought me by way of the
north gate to the front of the house; and I looked, and behold, the glory of
the LORD filled the house of the LORD, and I fell on my face. 5 And the LORD said to me,
"Son of man, mark well, see with your eyes, and hear with your ears all
that I say to you concerning all the statutes of the house of the LORD and
concerning all its laws; and mark well the entrance of the house, with all
exits of the sanctuary. 6
"And you shall say to the rebellious ones, to the house of Israel, 'Thus
says the Lord God, "Enough of all your abominations, O house of
Israel, 7 when you brought in
foreigners, uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in My
sanctuary to profane it, even My
house, when you offered My food, the fat and the blood; for they made My
covenant void-- this in addition to
all your abominations. 8
"And you have not kept charge of My holy things yourselves, but you have
set foreigners to keep charge of My
sanctuary." 9 'Thus says
the Lord God, "No foreigner, uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in
flesh, of all the foreigners who are among the sons of Israel, shall enter My
sanctuary. 10 "But the
Levites who went far from Me, when Israel went astray, who went astray from Me
after their idols, shall bear the punishment for their iniquity. 11 "Yet they shall be
ministers in My sanctuary, having oversight at the gates of the house and
ministering in the house; they shall slaughter the burnt offering and the
sacrifice for the people, and they shall stand before them to minister to
them. 12 "Because they
ministered to them before their idols and became a stumbling block of iniquity
to the house of Israel, therefore I have sworn against them," declares the
Lord God, "that they shall bear the punishment for their iniquity. 13 "And they shall not come
near to Me to serve as a priest to Me, nor come near to any of My holy things,
to the things that are most holy; but they shall bear their shame and their
abominations which they have committed. 14
"Yet I will appoint them to keep charge of the house, of all its service,
and of all that shall be done in it. 15
"But the Levitical priests, the sons of Zadok, who kept charge of My sanctuary when the sons of
Israel went astray from Me, shall come near to Me to minister to Me; and they
shall stand before Me to offer Me the fat and the blood," declares the
Lord God. 16 "They shall
enter My sanctuary; they shall come near to My table to minister to Me and keep
My charge. 17 "And it
shall be that when they enter at the gates of the inner court, they shall be
clothed with linen garments; and wool shall not be on them while they are
ministering in the gates of the inner court and in the house. 18 "Linen turbans shall be on
their heads, and linen undergarments shall be on their loins; they shall not
gird themselves with anything which makes
them sweat. 19 "And
when they go out into the outer court, into the outer court to the people, they
shall put off their garments in which they have been ministering and lay them in
the holy chambers; then they shall put on other garments that they may not
transmit holiness to the people with their garments. 20 "Also they shall not shave
their heads, yet they shall not let their locks grow long; they shall only trim
the hair of their heads. 21 "Nor shall any of the
priests drink wine when they enter the inner court. 22 "And they shall not marry
a widow or a divorced woman but shall take virgins from the offspring of the
house of Israel, or a widow who is the widow of a priest. 23 "Moreover, they shall
teach My people the difference between
the holy and the profane, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the
clean. 24 "And in a
dispute they shall take their stand to judge; they shall judge it according to
My ordinances. They shall also keep My laws and My statutes in all My appointed
feasts, and sanctify My sabbaths. 25 "And they shall not go to
a dead person to defile themselves;
however, for father, for mother, for son, for daughter, for brother, or for a
sister who has not had a husband, they may defile themselves. 26 "And after he is cleansed,
seven days shall elapse for him. 27
"And on the day that he goes into the sanctuary, into the inner court to
minister in the sanctuary, he shall offer his sin offering," declares the
Lord God. 28 "And it
shall be with regard to an inheritance for them, that I am their inheritance; and you shall give them no possession
in Israel-- I am their possession. 29
"They shall eat the grain offering, the sin offering, and the guilt
offering; and every devoted thing in Israel shall be theirs. 30 "And the first of all the
first fruits of every kind and every contribution of every kind, from all your
contributions, shall be for the priests; you shall also give to the priest the
first of your dough to cause a blessing to rest on your house. 31 "The priests shall not eat
any bird or beast that has died a natural death or has been torn to pieces.
