Sin hides God from you. (Man thinks his religion can overcome this.)

 

Progressive sin in nations--particularly idolatry--leads to God hiding from that nation.

 

God can hide from you, you cannot hide from God.

 

God is a hiding place for the believer. 

 

God hides from the believer, at times, to test their faith.

 

Evil men hide in wait for human targets.

 

Prudent men hide in times of evil.

 

Christ is the revelation of hidden spiritual things.
