Vocabulary: The New testament vocabulary words
translated “fool” have literal translations related to the functioning
of the human mind. Examples: anoetos (avno,htoj) a = not, nous
= mind; asunetos (avsu,netoj) a = not, suniemi =
understanding; aphrosune (avfrosu,nh) a = not, phren
= thinking; paraphroneo (parafrone,w) para =beside,
phren = thinking; moros (mwro,j) dull, foolish.
