Error

 

NAS Leviticus 4:13 'Now if the whole congregation of Israel commits error, and the matter escapes the notice of the assembly, and they commit any of the things which the LORD has commanded not to be done, and they become guilty; (Unintentional error.)

NAS Leviticus 5:18 "He is then to bring to the priest a ram without defect from the flock, according to your valuation, for a guilt offering. So the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his error in which he sinned unintentionally and did not know it, and it shall be forgiven him. (Unintentional error.)

NAS Numbers 15:25 'Then the priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the sons of Israel, and they shall be forgiven; for it was an error, and they have brought their offering, an offering by fire to the LORD, and their sin offering before the LORD, for their error. (Unintentional error.)

 26 'So all the congregation of the sons of Israel will be forgiven, with the alien who sojourns among them, for it happened to all the people through error. (Unintentional error.)

NAS 1 Samuel 26:21 Then Saul said, "I have sinned. Return, my son David, for I will not harm you again because my life was precious in your sight this day. Behold, I have played the fool and have committed a serious error." (King Saul serious error.)

Err

NAS Psalm 95:10 "For forty years I loathed that generation, And said they are a people who err in their heart, And they do not know My ways. (Exodus generation: “they are a people who err in their heart.”)

NAS Proverbs 16:10 A divine decision is in the lips of the king; His mouth should not err in judgment. (“the king; His mouth should not err in judgment”) (A tyrants favorite verse?)

NAS Isaiah 29:24 "And those who err in mind will know the truth, And those who criticize will accept instruction. (Err in mind, truth, contrast.) (Vv.17-24 is a millennial passage.) (The best is yet to come.)
