Doxa Doxology and Amen

 

Doxa / do,xa = “glory” 

 

Doxology = “An expression of praise to God, especially a short hymn sung as part of a Christian

                    worship service.

 

Amen / avmh,n = “let it be so, truly”

Matthew 6:13 'And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.'

 

Romans 11:36 For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen.

 

Romans 16:27 to the only wise God, through Jesus Christ, be the glory forever. Amen.

 

Galatians 1:5 to whom be the glory forevermore. Amen.
