NAS Psalm 26:4 I do not sit with deceitful men, Nor will I go with pretenders.

 9 Do not take my soul away along with sinners, Nor my life with men of bloodshed,

NAS Psalm 27:9 Do not hide Thy face from me, Do not turn Thy servant away in anger; Thou hast been my help; Do not abandon me nor forsake me, O God of my salvation!

 12 Do not deliver me over to the desire of my adversaries; For false witnesses have risen against me, And such as breathe out violence.

NAS Psalm 28:1 A Psalm of David. To Thee, O LORD, I call; My rock, do not be deaf to me, Lest, if Thou be silent to me, I become like those who go down to the pit.

 3 Do not drag me away with the wicked And with those who work iniquity; Who speak peace with their neighbors, While evil is in their hearts.

 5 Because they do not regard the works of the LORD Nor the deeds of His hands, He will tear them down and not build them up.

NAS Psalm 32:9 Do not be as the horse or as the mule which have no understanding, Whose trappings include bit and bridle to hold them in check, Otherwise they will not come near to you.

NAS Psalm 35:11 Malicious witnesses rise up; They ask me of things that I do not know.

 19 Do not let those who are wrongfully my enemies rejoice over me; Neither let those who hate me without cause wink maliciously.

 20 For they do not speak peace, But they devise deceitful words against those who are quiet in the land.

 22 Thou hast seen it, O LORD, do not keep silent; O Lord, do not be far from me.

 24 Judge me, O LORD my God, according to Thy righteousness; And do not let them rejoice over me.

 25 Do not let them say in their heart, "Aha, our desire!" Do not let them say, "We have swallowed him up!"

 7 Rest in the LORD and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who carries out wicked schemes.

 8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; Do not fret, it leads only to evildoing.

 31 The law of his God is in his heart; His steps do not slip.

NAS Psalm 38:13 But I, like a deaf man, do not hear; And I am like a dumb man who does not open his mouth.

 21 Do not forsake me, O LORD; O my God, do not be far from me!

NAS Psalm 39:9 "I have become dumb, I do not open my mouth, Because it is Thou who hast done it.

 11 Destruction is in her midst; Oppression and deceit do not depart from her streets.

 19 God will hear and answer them-- Even the one who sits enthroned from of old-- Selah. With whom there is no change, And who do not fear God.

NAS Psalm 59:5 And Thou, O LORD God of hosts, the God of Israel, Awake to punish all the nations; Do not be gracious to any who are treacherous in iniquity. Selah.

 11 Do not slay them, lest my people forget; Scatter them by Thy power, and bring them down, O Lord, our shield.

NAS Psalm 62:10 Do not trust in oppression, And do not vainly hope in robbery; If riches increase, do not set your heart upon them.

NAS Psalm 64:4 To shoot from concealment at the blameless; Suddenly they shoot at him, and do not fear.

NAS Psalm 69:14 Deliver me from the mire, and do not let me sink; May I be delivered from my foes, and from the deep waters.

 17 And do not hide Thy face from Thy servant, For I am in distress; answer me quickly.

NAS Psalm 70:5 But I am afflicted and needy; Hasten to me, O God! Thou art my help and my deliverer; O LORD, do not delay.

NAS Psalm 71:9 Do not cast me off in the time of old age; Do not forsake me when my strength fails.

 12 O God, do not be far from me; O my God, hasten to my help!

 15 My mouth shall tell of Thy righteousness, And of Thy salvation all day long; For I do not know the sum of them.

 18 And even when I am old and gray, O God, do not forsake me, Until I declare Thy strength to this generation, Thy power to all who are to come.

NAS Psalm 74:9 We do not see our signs; There is no longer any prophet, Nor is there any among us who knows how long.

 19 Do not deliver the soul of Thy turtledove to the wild beast; Do not forget the life of Thine afflicted forever.

 23 Do not forget the voice of Thine adversaries, The uproar of those who rise against Thee which ascends continually.

NAS Psalm 75:4 "I said to the boastful, 'Do not boast,' And to the wicked, 'Do not lift up the horn;

 5 Do not lift up your horn on high, Do not speak with insolent pride.'"

NAS Psalm 79:6 Pour out Thy wrath upon the nations which do not know Thee, And upon the kingdoms which do not call upon Thy name.

 8 Do not remember the iniquities of our forefathers against us; Let Thy compassion come quickly to meet us; For we are brought very low.

NAS Psalm 132:10 For the sake of David Thy servant, Do not turn away the face of Thine anointed.

 17 They have ears, but they do not hear; Nor is there any breath at all in their mouths.

NAS Psalm 137:6 May my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth, If I do not remember you, If I do not exalt Jerusalem Above my chief joy.

NAS Psalm 138:8 The LORD will accomplish what concerns me; Thy lovingkindness, O LORD, is everlasting; Do not forsake the works of Thy hands.

NAS Psalm 140:8 "Do not grant, O LORD, the desires of the wicked; Do not promote his evil device, lest they be exalted. Selah.

NAS Psalm 141:4 Do not incline my heart to any evil thing, To practice deeds of wickedness With men who do iniquity; And do not let me eat of their delicacies.

 5 Let the righteous smite me in kindness and reprove me; It is oil upon the head; Do not let my head refuse it, For still my prayer is against their wicked deeds.

 8 For my eyes are toward Thee, O God, the Lord; In Thee I take refuge; do not leave me defenseless.

NAS Psalm 143:2 And do not enter into judgment with Thy servant, For in Thy sight no man living is righteous.

 7 Answer me quickly, O LORD, my spirit fails; Do not hide Thy face from me, Lest I become like those who go down to the pit.

NAS Psalm 146:3 Do not trust in princes, In mortal man, in whom there is no salvation.

NAS Proverbs 1:8 Hear, my son, your father's instruction, And do not forsake your mother's teaching;

 10 My son, if sinners entice you, Do not consent.

 15 My son, do not walk in the way with them. Keep your feet from their path,

NAS Proverbs 3:1 My son, do not forget my teaching, But let your heart keep my commandments;

 3 Do not let kindness and truth leave you; Bind them around your neck, Write them on the tablet of your heart.

 5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And do not lean on your own understanding.

 7 Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the LORD and turn away from evil.

 11 My son, do not reject the discipline of the LORD, Or loathe His reproof,

 25 Do not be afraid of sudden fear, Nor of the onslaught of the wicked when it comes;

 27 Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, When it is in your power to do it.

 28 Do not say to your neighbor, "Go, and come back, And tomorrow I will give it," When you have it with you.

 29 Do not devise harm against your neighbor, While he lives in security beside you.

 30 Do not contend with a man without cause, If he has done you no harm.

 31 Do not envy a man of violence, And do not choose any of his ways.

NAS Proverbs 4:2 For I give you sound teaching; Do not abandon my instruction.

 5 Acquire wisdom! Acquire understanding! Do not forget, nor turn away from the words of my mouth.

 6 "Do not forsake her, and she will guard you; Love her, and she will watch over you.

 13 Take hold of instruction; do not let go. Guard her, for she is your life.

 14 Do not enter the path of the wicked, And do not proceed in the way of evil men.

 15 Avoid it, do not pass by it; Turn away from it and pass on.

 19 The way of the wicked is like darkness; They do not know over what they stumble.

 21 Do not let them depart from your sight; Keep them in the midst of your heart.

 27 Do not turn to the right nor to the left; Turn your foot from evil.

NAS Proverbs 5:7 Now then, my sons, listen to me, And do not depart from the words of my mouth.

 20 My son, observe the commandment of your father, And do not forsake the teaching of your mother;

 24 Do not associate with a man given to anger; Or go with a hot-tempered man,

 26 Do not be among those who give pledges, Among those who become sureties for debts.

 28 Do not move the ancient boundary Which your fathers have set.

NAS Proverbs 23:3 Do not desire his delicacies, For it is deceptive food.

 4 Do not weary yourself to gain wealth, Cease from your consideration of it.

 6 Do not eat the bread of a selfish man, Or desire his delicacies;

 9 Do not speak in the hearing of a fool, For he will despise the wisdom of your words.

 10 Do not move the ancient boundary, Or go into the fields of the fatherless;

 13 Do not hold back discipline from the child, Although you beat him with the rod, he will not die.

 17 Do not let your heart envy sinners, But live in the fear of the LORD always.

 20 Do not be with heavy drinkers of wine, Or with gluttonous eaters of meat;

 22 Listen to your father who begot you, And do not despise your mother when she is old.

 23 Buy truth, and do not sell it, Get wisdom and instruction and understanding.

 31 Do not look on the wine when it is red, When it sparkles in the cup, When it goes down smoothly;

NAS Proverbs 24:1 Do not be envious of evil men, Nor desire to be with them;

 15 Do not lie in wait, O wicked man, against the dwelling of the righteous; Do not destroy his resting place;

 17 Do not rejoice when your enemy falls, And do not let your heart be glad when he stumbles;

 19 Do not fret because of evildoers, Or be envious of the wicked;

 21 My son, fear the LORD and the king; Do not associate with those who are given to change;

 28 Do not be a witness against your neighbor without cause, And do not deceive with your lips.

 29 Do not say, "Thus I shall do to him as he has done to me; I will render to the man according to his work."

NAS Proverbs 25:6 Do not claim honor in the presence of the king, And do not stand in the place of great men;

 8 Do not go out hastily to argue your case; Otherwise, what will you do in the end, When your neighbor puts you to shame?

 9 Argue your case with your neighbor, And do not reveal the secret of another,

NAS Proverbs 26:4 Do not answer a fool according to his folly, Lest you also be like him.

 25 When he speaks graciously, do not believe him, For there are seven abominations in his heart.

NAS Proverbs 27:1 Do not boast about tomorrow, For you do not know what a day may bring forth.

 10 Do not forsake your own friend or your father's friend, And do not go to your brother's house in the day of your calamity; Better is a neighbor who is near than a brother far away.

NAS Proverbs 28:5 Evil men do not understand justice, But those who seek the LORD understand all things.

NAS Proverbs 30:2 Surely I am more stupid than any man, And I do not have the understanding of a man.

 6 Do not add to His words Lest He reprove you, and you be proved a liar.

 7 Two things I asked of Thee, Do not refuse me before I die:

 10 Do not slander a slave to his master, Lest he curse you and you be found guilty.

 18 There are three things which are too wonderful for me, Four which I do not understand:

NAS Proverbs 31:3 Do not give your strength to women, Or your ways to that which destroys kings.

NAS Ecclesiastes 5:1 Guard your steps as you go to the house of God, and draw near to listen rather than to offer the sacrifice of fools; for they do not know they are doing evil.

 2 Do not be hasty in word or impulsive in thought to bring up a matter in the presence of God. For God is in heaven and you are on the earth; therefore let your words be few.

 4 When you make a vow to God, do not be late in paying it, for He takes no delight in fools. Pay what you vow!

 6 Do not let your speech cause you to sin and do not say in the presence of the messenger of God that it was a mistake. Why should God be angry on account of your voice and destroy the work of your hands?

 8 If you see oppression of the poor and denial of justice and righteousness in the province, do not be shocked at the sight, for one official watches over another official, and there are higher officials over them.

NAS Ecclesiastes 6:6 "Even if the other man lives a thousand years twice and does not enjoy good things-- do not all go to one place?"

NAS Ecclesiastes 7:9 Do not be eager in your heart to be angry, For anger resides in the bosom of fools.

 10 Do not say, "Why is it that the former days were better than these?" For it is not from wisdom that you ask about this.

 16 Do not be excessively righteous, and do not be overly wise. Why should you ruin yourself?

 17 Do not be excessively wicked, and do not be a fool. Why should you die before your time?

 21 Also, do not take seriously all words which are spoken, lest you hear your servant cursing you.

NAS Ecclesiastes 8:3 "Do not be in a hurry to leave him. Do not join in an evil matter, for he will do whatever he pleases."

NAS Ecclesiastes 9:5 For the living know they will die; but the dead do not know anything, nor have they any longer a reward, for their memory is forgotten.

NAS Ecclesiastes 10:4 If the ruler's temper rises against you, do not abandon your position, because composure allays great offenses.

 20 Furthermore, in your bedchamber do not curse a king, and in your sleeping rooms do not curse a rich man, for a bird of the heavens will carry the sound, and the winged creature will make the matter known.

NAS Ecclesiastes 11:2 Divide your portion to seven, or even to eight, for you do not know what misfortune may occur on the earth.

 5 Just as you do not know the path of the wind and how bones are formed in the womb of the pregnant woman, so you do not know the activity of God who makes all things.

 6 Sow your seed in the morning, and do not be idle in the evening, for you do not know whether morning or evening sowing will succeed, or whether both of them alike will be good.
