NAS John 20:9 For as yet they did not understand the Scripture, that He must rise again from the dead.

 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead which were in

     them; and they were judged, every one of them according to their deeds.

NAS Romans 1:4 who was declared the Son of God with power by the resurrection from the dead, according to the Spirit of holiness, Jesus Christ our Lord, (“Son of God with power by the resurrection from the dead”)

NAS Romans 4:17 (as it is written, "A father of many nations have I made you") in the sight of Him whom he believed, even God, who gives life to the dead and calls into being that which does not exist. (“God, who gives life to the dead”)

 19 And without becoming weak in faith he contemplated his own body, now as good as dead since he was about a hundred years old, and the deadness of Sarah's womb; (Abraham: “body, now as good as dead”)

NAS Romans 8:10 And if Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness. (the body is dead because of sin)

 11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who indwells you. NAS 1 Corinthians 7:39 A wife is bound as long as her husband lives; but if her husband is dead, she is free to be married to whom she wishes, only in the Lord. (“if her husband is dead, she is free to be married to whom she wishes, only in the Lord”)

NAS 1 Corinthians 15:12 Now if Christ is preached, that He has been raised from the dead, how do some among you say that there is no resurrection of the dead? (All)

NAS Hebrews 11:4 By faith Abel offered to God a better sacrifice than Cain, through which he obtained the testimony that he was righteous, God testifying about his gifts, and through faith, though he is dead, he still speaks. NAS Revelation 11:8 And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which mystically is called Sodom and Egypt, where also their Lord was crucified. (Tribulation Witnesses: “their dead bodies will lie in the street”)

 9 And those from the peoples and tribes and tongues and nations will look at their dead bodies for three and a half days, and will not permit their dead bodies to be laid in a tomb. (Tribulation Witnesses: “will not permit their dead bodies to be laid in a tomb”)

NAS Revelation 14:13 And I heard a voice from heaven, saying, "Write, 'Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on!'" "Yes," says the Spirit, "that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow with them." (Tribulation: “Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on!”)
