Biblical Concept: A Letter From Heaven

Grace and Peace Greetings!  You have received this correspondence because I have proceeded you in death.   I am in heaven now and I hope you will join me one day!

1 Corinthians 15:51-58, death swallowed in victory

51 Behold, I tell you a mystery; we shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. 53 For this perishable must put on the imperishable, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 But when this perishable will have put on the imperishable, and this mortal will have put on immortality, then will come about the saying that is written, "DEATH IS SWALLOWED UP in victory. 55 "O DEATH, WHERE IS YOUR VICTORY? O DEATH, WHERE IS YOUR STING?" 56 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law; 57 but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord.

To my wife, THANK YOU!  The following is so true of you:

Proverbs 31:10-22   10 An excellent wife, who can find? For her worth is far above jewels.  11 The heart of her husband trusts in her, and he will have no lack of gain.  12 She does him good and not evil all the days of her life.  13 She looks for wool and flax, And works with her hands in delight.  14 She is like merchant ships; She brings her food from afar.  15 She rises also while it is still night, and gives food to her household, And portions to her maidens.  16 She considers a field and buys it; from her earnings she plants a vineyard.  17 She girds herself with strength, And makes her arms strong.  18 She senses that her gain is good; her lamp does not go out at night.  19 She stretches out her hands to the distaff, and her hands grasp the spindle.  20 She extends her hand to the poor; and she stretches out her hands to the needy.  21 She is not afraid of the snow for her household, for all her household are clothed with scarlet.  22 She makes coverings for herself; her clothing is fine linen and purple.

To my children, THANK YOU!  Thank you, especially for the wonderful grand children.  Do the best you can to ensure that they join us in heaven by belief in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Psalm 127:3-5  3 Behold, children are a gift of the LORD; The fruit of the womb is a reward.  4 Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, So are the children of one's youth.  5 How blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them; They shall not be ashamed, When they speak with their enemies in the gate.
